The Great Shearwater team started in Kentucky with a love for bourbon. This curiosity soon extended to other distilled spirits, leading us to rum. We were quickly captivated by its diverse flavors and styles, which inspired us to establish Great Shearwater Rum. Each of our expressions highlights its origin's unique qualities. The rum travels from the Caribbean, across the Atlantic and back, mirroring our namesake bird's journey, before bottling in Kentucky. We're excited to share it with you. Cheers.
